Sokar Uthne ki Dua is followed when you wake up from sleep and if you follow every day you will earn sawab out of it. हुज़ूर सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम ने फरमाया वो सुन्नत जिसपर लोगोने अमल छोड़ दिया हो ऐसी सुन्नत पर अगर कोई अमल करेगा तो अल्लाह १०० शहीदो का सवाब उसे अता फरमायेगा. अगर कोई सख्स सुन्नत पर अमल करता है तो उसे सवाब मिलता है, गुनाह मिट जाते है, दर्जे बुलंद होते है और मुसीबतोसे हिफाजत होती है. तो चले आज हम आज हम कर उठने का तरीका और सुन्नते देखेंगे. १. नींद से उठते ही दोनों हाथों से चेहरा और आँखों को मलना ताकि नींद का खुमार दूर हो जाये | (शमाईले तिर्मिज़ी) २. सुबह जब आँख खुले तो तीन बार الحَمْد لله “अल हम्दु लिल्लाह” कहे ("Praise be to Allah") और कलिमये तय्यबा “ला इलाह इल्लल्लाहु मुहम्मदुरसूलुल्लाह” पढ कर यह दुआ पढे: الحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ अल हम्दु लिल्लाहिल लजी अहयाना बाद मा अमातना व इलैहिन्नुशूर (बुखारी स. ९३४ मुस्लिम जि. २ स. ३४८, अबू दावूद स. ६८८) तर्जुमा : सब तारीफे अल्लाह के लिए है जिस ने हमे मारने के बाद जिंदा किया और उसी की तरफ उठ कर जाना है| All Praise to Allah (Almighty) Who granted us life after death (Sleep) and we are return to him. ३. जब सो कर उठे तो मिसवाक कर ले.
